Acceptance of Terms

By opening an account, accessing the platform or using any of the services provided by Future Trading AI, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy and any other documents incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register for or use the services. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in their jurisdiction of residence.

  • Age 18 or older
  • Legally entitled to trade in your jurisdiction
  • Not a resident of a restricted territory
  • Acting on your own behalf, not as a nominee
  • Capable of bearing leveraged-trading risk
  • Providing accurate and verifiable identity data

Services

Future Trading AI provides execution-only access to leveraged Forex and CFD instruments through an AI-assisted trading interface. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, tax advice or any other regulated advisory service.

Risk Warning

Account Obligations

Each client is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of their account. You agree to:

  • Submit accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information
  • Keep login credentials, API keys and two-factor devices secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not manipulate, abuse or interfere with platform systems or pricing
  • Be solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account

Fees

Trading, financing, conversion and administrative fees apply as published on the platform and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or close any account where we reasonably believe terms, policies or applicable laws have been breached, or where required by a regulator or court order.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to the user verification and settling any outstanding obligations. Closure does not affect accrued liabilities or rights arising prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Trading AI accepts no liability for losses caused by market volatility, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
